Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z306PS) are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) glass and fit 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-back Z-clamps provide a clean, low-profile fastening solution ideal for partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks where a round tubing-to-glass clamp is required.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch in the glass is required when using the steel pin for additional support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:
CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge is not supported to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
