CRL Chrome Z-Series Round Glass Clamp 2in Radius, Fits 1/4–5/16in

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z206CH) fit glass 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) and mount to 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-back Z-clamps are ideal for glass partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass hardware projects.


For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (under 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: When using the included steel pin for extra glass support, a 1/2" (12 mm) notch in the glass is required. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior installations where the glass is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
