Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z306BS) are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) glass and fit 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-back glass clamps are ideal for partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks where a low-profile, durable round clamp for glass panels is required.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required when using the included steel pin for added glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge is not supported to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
