CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E537MBL) are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors that standard hinges cannot support. Designed for 3/8"–1/2" tempered safety glass, the Vienna hinge features two internal steel guide pins that offer template flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit to CRL or compatible rectangular square-corner cut-outs. This dual-pin design is a key differentiator for installers needing adaptable glass-to-wall mounting options.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard units ship set to 90°; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin rotates (do not flip) to select the opposite angle—ideal for precise door alignment.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

PERFORMANCE:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
