CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy-duty solution for wider, heavier shower doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. Designed for shower door applications with tempered glass, these solid brass hinges feature two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility: leave the pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (may fit competitive rectangular cut-outs in some cases).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

CAPACITY: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 110 lbs (50 kg) and maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 140 lbs (63 kg) and maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
