CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E537PN) are heavy-duty glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors where standard hinges fail. Built from solid brass with two internal steel template pins, the Vienna Hinge offers two mounting options: leave the pins in place for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs or remove them for CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs. In many cases it also fits competitive rectangular cut-outs. These features make the Vienna Hinge a versatile choice for glass shower doors, frameless shower enclosures, and custom shower installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° and 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models ship set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45°) when the standard pivot does not achieve the desired closing position. Ideal for out-of-plumb walls or angled installations.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
