CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU V1E537BN) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors when traditional hinges aren't strong enough. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship factory-set at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to select the alternate angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: For off-angle installations (walls not meeting the door at 90°), custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to achieve the desired closing position.

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 140 lb (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
