The CRL Overhead Door Closer Kits are designed for doors with 1" deep top rails and come complete with a Medium Spring Size Door Closer, Type "A" End-Load Arm, and an adjustable dual-purpose bottom pivot set, ideal for both floor and threshold mounting.
These kits feature independent dual-action valves for precise control over closing and latching speeds, and are available in both 90º and 105º Hold Open and No Hold Open models.
The closers are U.L.
Listed and come with a five-year limited warranty, ensuring reliability and durability.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent damage from excessive door swings.
Note: This closer is not intended for doors weighing more than 200 lbs.
