CRL Cologne Hinges combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek brass shower door hinge appearance that stands out from standard Vienna-style hinges. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to give installers template options: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to select the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45º) are available for off-angle walls when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Two hinges: Holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass. Maximum door width: 36" (914 mm).

Three hinges: Holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) using 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass. Maximum door width: 36" (914 mm).
