CRL U-Channel with Roll-In Top Load Gasket (SKU: UCSB3812CL) — a versatile aluminum U-channel designed for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass. Use with CRL Patch Hardware, Header for Overhead Door Closers with Fixed Sidelites, or the Door Rail System. Surface- or recess-mountable, the roll-in top load gasketing secures the glass for storefronts, interior glass doors, and sidelites.
This multi-functional extrusion ships in five finishes with a family of accessories to support different installations and retrofit projects. Ideal for commercial storefront glazing and interior glass partition systems where a clean top-load channel is required.
The 4" (102 mm) aluminum Setting Blocks with Neoprene provide rigid glass support in the bottom channel and are sized to give 9/16" (14.3 mm) glass coverage in both top and bottom channels when glazed using the lift-and-drop method.
Roll-In Top Load Gasketing for 3/8" or 1/2" glass is sold separately in 100' or 500' rolls. Matching finish end caps are also available.
