CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z806SC) is engineered for 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. This square, flat-base Z-clamp is ideal for glass railings, partitions, windbreaks and other architectural glazing projects requiring secure edge clamping.

For thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8") use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet‑nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin for additional glass support.

  • For 1/2" (12 mm): 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using steel pin

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
