This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z806W) secures 1/4"–5/16" (6–8 mm) tempered glass to square tubing or other flat surfaces. Available in zinc or stainless steel, the flat base Z-clamp is a durable glass clamp solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glazing projects.
For mounting to thin‑wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet‑Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet‑nut using the 34604 Heavy‑Duty Thread Insert tool with 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.
NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
