Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Designed for monolithic tempered glass doors, the system secures glass by applying downward pressure via two retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, creating exceptional clamping force for durable, long-lasting attachment. This durable method generates more than 900 lbs. of force in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail and scales across full-length rails for robust performance in commercial storefronts and glass entrance systems.

After installation, access three socket head cap bolts behind the end cap: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide and the outer bolts adjust the slide +/- 1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile adjustable slide allows pivots with slotted grooves to be positioned for nonstandard setbacks and vertically out-of-square openings.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements. Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns are ordered separately.
