The CRL PR70 Series multi-size adjustable spring power surface mounted door closers provide flexible power ranges and mounting options for commercial and public buildings. Models include A.D.A. barrier-free closers with low opening resistance, Delayed Action closers for healthcare and public facilities, and heavy-duty full-range closers for larger doors. Available in Brite Gold and Polished Chrome to match architectural finishes.
The Delayed Action feature lets you adjust how long the door remains open to ease traffic flow. Independent closing and latching speed controls plus an adjustable backcheck protect the closer, door, and surrounding structures from damage caused by strong winds or heavy pedestrian use. Parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware are included for regular, top jamb, or parallel arm installations. Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for special installations.
