This ANSI Grade 1, multi-size adjustable closer fits doors 24" to 54" (0.61 to 1.37 m) and doors weighing 33 to 264 lbs. (15 to 120 kg), offering a durable, high-performance solution for airports, shopping centers, public buildings, healthcare, and other high-traffic environments.

The PR50 (barrier-free) model uses a lighter spring for adjustable control from Size 1 through 4 and helps meet A.D.A. opening force accessibility requirements. The PR52 adjusts Size 2 through 5 for heavier doors and higher traffic areas. The PR54DA model adds an adjustable Delayed Action feature to hold the door open briefly—useful in hospitals, nursing homes, and public facilities where momentary hold-open improves accessibility and traffic flow.

Independent closing and latching speed controls plus an adjustable backcheck help prevent damage from wind or heavy pedestrian traffic. Parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware are included for regular, top-jamb, or parallel-arm installations.
