The CRL PR90 Grade 1 adjustable spring power surface-mounted door closer (SKU: PR92DADU) is ideal for hospitals, airports, shopping centers and other public buildings where durability, ADA accessibility and low maintenance are required. Independent closing and latching speed controls plus an adjustable backcheck help prevent damage from wind or heavy traffic and allow precise control for compliant openings.
Parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware are included for regular, top jamb or parallel arm installations. Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for special installations.
