Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System is an innovative tempered glass entrance solution that secures glass using the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The wedge-action design applies downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, creating exceptional clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). This full-length 35-3/4" door rail delivers robust, reliable glass retention for commercial glass door installations.

Installation and adjustment: after rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after hanging, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts — center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings.

Ordering notes:

• All door rails include the standard Kwik-Adjust™ pivot alignment system; closer arms and floor or overhead pivots are ordered separately
• Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns are ordered separately
• End caps included for stock rail lengths; specify rail length (including end caps) for custom lengths
• Built-in jamb alignment block included; arms and pivots must be ordered to meet job requirements
