Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SPS12S) secures glass from the bottom using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions wedge together in the door rail groove to clamp the glass—producing exceptionally high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). This engineered design delivers reliable glass retention for storefronts, commercial glass entrances, and frameless glass doors while enabling faster installations and long-term stability.
