The CRL Plymouth Series Hinges are the ideal choice for heavier and wider shower doors, offering robust support with a maximum door weight of 140 lbs (64 kg) and a width of up to 39 inches (1 meter) using only two hinges.
These hinges, suitable for 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) thick tempered glass, feature an integrated safety interlock for enhanced glass panel control and an innovative stiffening beam for exceptional holding power.
Available in wall mount and 180-degree glass-to-glass models, they provide a frameless aesthetic while ensuring increased self-centering force and durability, thanks to the heat-treated stainless steel springs.
Note that it's important not to exceed the maximum door weight or width capacities, and glass fabrication is required.
