This Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: 2790SH0RHB0DY) is an offset floor-mounted door closer engineered for heavy doors. The bottom arm directly connects to the floor closer spindle, supporting door weight at the hinge point and delivering higher closing efficiency than surface or overhead concealed closers. Ideal for high-traffic exterior or interior applications requiring reliable closing performance for doors up to 450 lbs and 48" wide.
Standard features: selective on/off hold open, built-in positive dead stop, plus separate independent valves for closing, latching and backcheck adjustments — offering precise control for heavy-duty commercial doors.
