Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System features the exclusive patented Wedge-Lock® securing method—a commercial glass door rail system that secures glass from the bottom using two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. Tightening socket-head cap bolts pulls the bar down; angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail to create strong clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), providing superior hold in full-length 35-3/4" rails.

Designed for rapid installation, the Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest install time of any door rail on the market—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps pre-installed. After mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already installed in the rail.

The standard adjustable door alignment system (top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To access adjustments, remove the end cap to reveal three socket-head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out.
