Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is a high-performance door rail designed for commercial glass doors and storefronts. The exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System uses two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the bar is pulled down, angled wedges draw the extrusions together and compress the door-retaining gasket, producing extremely high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for secure, long-lasting attachment in full-length 35-3/4" rails.

After rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune door alignment after hanging, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the adjustable slide, outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3.2 mm). All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately.
