CRL Brass Top Patch Fitting for Frameless Glass Door 1NT304 Insert

• For 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass
• 2-3/4" (70 mm) pivot setback
• For use with overhead concealed door closers
• Use monolithic tempered glass

The CRL Top Door Patch Fitting (SKU: PH20BBR) includes the 1NT304 insert for use with our overhead concealed door closers that accept a 9/16" (14 mm) square, 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. Finished covers are available in five standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied to accommodate either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, providing a secure seal for frameless glass doors and glass storefront applications.

Glass fabrication required: One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and a corner notch.

Product warning:
These fittings are not for use with laminated glass.

Use the following guidelines when fabricating a 1/2" glass door with this hardware:

• Maximum height: 102" (2.59 m)
• Maximum weight: 194 lbs (80 kg)
• Maximum width: 42" (1.09 m)

If the door exceeds any of these limitations, specify full door rails.
