CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: PPH01BBRZ) are engineered for 5/16" to 3/8" (8–10 mm) tempered safety glass and deliver versatile installation options for shower doors and glass enclosures. These solid brass pivot hinges are top- or bottom-mounted so the majority of the door weight is carried at the bottom, and they can be inset from the wall to provide clearance for towel bars and other projections—making them an ideal brass pivot hinge for tempered glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures. Prima hinges are self-centering with four internal springs for durable retention. Optional 5° Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets (Cat. No. P1VP1N) can be ordered separately or retrofitted to alter the door closing position by 5°. Pre-set 5° hinge models are also available from stock.

PPH01 models adapt to the Deluxe Header System for enclosures that do not extend to the ceiling; other Prima models (for example PPH06) are compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System and include the appropriate adaptor (order HAB01 Adaptor Block separately).

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (for Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell Series): Sold as a top-and-bottom set to shift the door closing position by 5°. Inserts before or after installation. Not included with hinge purchase.

Load Capacity (using two hinges): Holds up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm) when used with 5/16" to 3/8" glass.
