CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges are engineered for 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) tempered safety glass and expand application possibilities for frameless shower doors. As a top-and-bottom mount pivot hinge, the Prima Series carries most of the door weight at the bottom and can be inset from the wall to allow clearance for towel bars and other projections—ideal for custom shower enclosures and retrofit shower door projects. These solid brass, full-rotation hinges are self-centering (within 15° of closed) and use four springs for maximum retention strength. The PPH01 model (SKU: PPH01CH) adapts to the Deluxe Header System for showers that do not extend to the ceiling. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets may be ordered separately; Pre-Set 5° hinge models are also available from stock.

Optional 5 Degree Pivot Pin set (For Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell Series): Change the door closing position by 5° with these retrofit-ready pivot pins. Sold as a set (one top, one bottom). Not included with hinge purchase.

Load Capacity (two hinges): With 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) glass, two hinges support up to 100 lbs (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
