Advantages of CRL Senior Prima Hinges: these solid-brass glass shower pivot hinges are top-or-bottom mount to maximize glass exposure and reduce glass fabrication cut-outs versus side-mount glass-to-glass hinges. The design carries the majority of the weight on the bottom and can be inset from the wall to provide clearance for towel bars and other projections. The Glass-to-Fixed Transom Mount Pivot Hinge is intended for doors with fixed transoms above them; when mounted vertically, either style works in movable transom installations. These pivot hinges are self-centering with four springs for maximum retention strength. The SRPPH01 model (SKU SRPPH01CH) adapts to CRL’s Deluxe Header System.

Important Compatibility Notes:

• Must order SRHAB01 Senior Adaptor Block separately for SRPPH01.
• SRPPH06 model is only compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System and includes its adaptor.
• If using 3/8" (10 mm) glass with Senior Prima hinges, additional gaskets are required—see SRPPHGK (sold separately).

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 mm to 12 mm), the hinge will hold up to 145 lbs. (65 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Special Feature: Top-and-bottom mount saves on glass fabrication costs and offers more exposed glass for a cleaner shower appearance.
