CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges are premium pivot hinges for tempered glass shower doors (5/16" to 3/8" / 8–10 mm) designed to expand installation options and improve functionality. These solid brass, top-or-bottom mount pivot hinges transfer most of the door weight to the floor, allowing inset mounting for clearance around towel bars and wall projections — a key benefit for frameless shower door and glass enclosure installations. The Prima Series is self-centering with four springs for reliable retention; pre-set 5° pivot pin models are available and optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° Pivot Pin Sets can be ordered separately for field or pre-install insertion. SKU: PPH01GM.

PPH01 is adaptable to CRL’s Deluxe Header System for partial-height enclosures. (PPH06 is compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System and requires HAB01 adaptor block — adaptor sold separately.)

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): alters door closing position by 5°. Sold as a top-and-bottom set. Can be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Not included with hinge purchase. Pre-set 5° hinge models available from stock.

Using two hinges on 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) glass: supports up to 100 lbs (45 kg) with maximum door width 31" (787 mm). Ideal for frameless shower doors, glass pivot doors, and custom shower enclosures.
