The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN545BN) fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and is offered in six style options—three Wall-Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—giving designers flexible choices for frameless glass shower doors. Geneva Hinges are solid brass with stainless-steel pins and springs and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Offset (pre-set) models are factory-set to 85° to provide a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges: holds up to 80 lb (36 kg) — maximum door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges: holds up to 120 lb (54 kg) — maximum door width 32" (813 mm)

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be specified up to 45° for bespoke, off-angle shower door installations. Contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for guidance—using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics.
