Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SMBL12SL), is a high-performance glass door rail system designed for commercial and architectural applications. The exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures monolithic tempered glass using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is drawn down with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions are pulled together in an angled rail groove to clamp the glass—creating tremendous holding force (more than 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail). This robust design scales across the full-length 35-3/4" (908 mm) door rail.

The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System delivers fast installations and reliable, long-term performance. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After rail mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.
