Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The Wedge-Lock® design secures glass by applying downward pressure with two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. Angled extrusions seat into a matching angled groove in the rail so the wedge action pulls the retaining pieces together, producing exceptionally high holding force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). This same wedge principle scales across the full 35-3/4" (908 mm) door rail for dependable, long-lasting retention.

After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the adjustable slide; outer bolts provide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in/out adjustment.
