CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L180BBRZ) combine the strength required for wider, heavier shower doors with a refined aesthetic—radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Designed as a heavy-duty alternative to standard Vienna-style hinges, Cologne Hinges are ideal for glass shower doors and frameless shower installations where durability and style matter.

Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove them to increase adjustability and fit rectangular, square-cornered CRL or some competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship set at 85º (providing a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) to help close doors against walls that are not perfectly 90º.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm) — holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm) — holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
