CRL Senior Cardiff Series Top and Bottom Mount Pivot Hinges (SKU: SRCAR01BN) are engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass used in residential and hotel shower doors. These top-and-bottom mount shower door pivot hinges carry the majority of door weight on the bottom hinge and can be inset from the door edge to provide clearance for towel bars and other projections — a practical long-tail benefit for remodels and custom enclosures.

Senior Cardiff hinges are self-centering with four strong springs for maximum retention strength. They adapt to the CRL Deluxe Header System using the Senior Adapter Block (SRHAB01 — order separately) for enclosures that do not reach the ceiling. For doors that do reach the ceiling, they can be mounted to the floor and ceiling.

Performance: Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, the pair will support up to 145 lbs. (66 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
