Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System features the exclusive, patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This innovative glass door rail applies downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts the angled extrusions engage the rail’s wedge groove to clamp the glass—creating very high clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). The result is a secure, durable attachment for glass door systems and a reliable commercial storefront door rail solution.

After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the adjustable slide; the outer two bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback, enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

• Supplied with standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System; closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately
• Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns ordered separately
