The CRL Trento Hinge (SKU: TNT180SB) is a heavy-duty, modern frameless shower door hinge engineered for 180-degree glass-to-glass installations. It supports panels up to 140 lbs. in a standard two-hinge configuration and provides a narrow-gap, rectangular profile with fully concealed mounting screws for a refined appearance.

The Trento hinge uses durable NAF gaskets compatible with both 3/8" and 1/2" (10 and 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. The compressible gasket material maintains consistent grip across varying glass surfaces to reduce movement and improve seal performance.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin that adjusts the door’s closed position. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to shift the self-centering angle by 5° — choose 95° or 85° — to ensure correct alignment, tight seals, and smooth operation.

Load capacity:

• Two-hinge installation (3/8" or 1/2" glass): supports doors up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) and 40" (1016 mm) wide
• Three-hinge installation (3/8" or 1/2" glass): supports doors up to 175 lbs. (79 kg) and 40" (1016 mm) wide
