CRL Vienna Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors when standard hinges are not strong enough. The solid brass construction and internal steel pins provide two template options to fit either CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or rectangular square-corner cut-outs for increased adjustability. Pins can be left in place for safety or removed to allow alternate cut-outs; in some cases the hinge will fit competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify needed angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not produce the desired closure.

Load Capacity:
- Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
