CRL Vienna Hinges provide a heavy-duty shower door hinge solution for wider, heavier glass doors when traditional hinges are insufficient. Engineered for hotel and residential shower doors, the Vienna Hinge uses two internal steel pins to support two cut-out templates: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" safety cut-outs, or remove the pins for greater adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard pin does not achieve the desired closing position.

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with the same maximum door width.
