CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: PPH07CH) are engineered for tempered glass shower doors and enclosures, supporting 5/16" to 3/8" (8–10 mm) glass. These solid brass pivot hinges are ideal for residential and hotel shower applications where a durable, self-centering pivot hinge is required. Key differentiators include bottom-weighted construction that carries the majority of the door weight, the ability to inset from the wall for clearance (useful for towel bars and projections), and four-spring self-centering retention for reliable closing performance. The attached U-clamp provides an elegant alternative to header-based systems while maintaining a consistent hinge profile.

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set: Pre-set 5° pivot pin sets (Cat. No. P1VP1N) let you alter the door closing position by 5°. Pins may be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set (top and bottom). Not included with hinge.

Performance with two hinges: For 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) glass, two hinges support up to 100 lbs (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
