CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges are engineered for 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) tempered safety glass and offer expanded installation options for shower doors and glass panels. Key differentiators include bottom-weighted support (carries the majority of door weight), inset mounting for clearance around towel bars and projections, and a top-or-bottom mount with an attached U-clamp that matches the hinge profile—useful for headerless or minimal-header enclosures. These self-centering hinges use four springs for strong retention and provide full rotation swing. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° pre-set pivot pin sets (sold separately) adjust the door closing position by 5°; pre-set 5° hinge models are also available from stock.

The PPH01 model adapts to the Deluxe Header System for partial-height shower enclosures. The PPH06 model is compatible only with the EZ-Adjust Header System and includes an adapter for that system. (See specific model cut-out requirements—PPH135 requires two holes; PPH07 requires a cut-out for the hinge and a hole for the clamp.)

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): Adjust closing position by 5°. Pins may be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase.

Two-hinge capacity: With 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) glass, two hinges will hold up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
