The CRL Pinnacle Hinge is a radius-corner, beveled-edge version of our popular Geneva Series designed for a sleek, modern look. Ideal as a shower door hinge, Pinnacle accommodates 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and is self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, this tempered glass shower hinge delivers durable, reliable door closure. Pinnacle features the reversible 5° pivot pin found in our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series hinges; a Custom Pivot Pin is available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-Set models ship factory-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into shower interior). Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom Pivot Pins are available for off-angle walls. If the standard 5° pivot does not achieve the desired closure, specify an angle up to 45° for a custom pivot.

LOAD RATINGS:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
