The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series is a premium adjustable shower door hinge engineered for easy on-site angle fine-tuning. Adjust the closing angle (up to 90°) after the door is hung by loosening the Allen set screws, turning the door to the desired position, then re-tightening—the door self-centers to the selected closed position. The hinge allows 90° swing inward and 90° swing outward from the factory set position. For outward-swing doors with a clear jamb, the hinge can be adjusted so the door closes 5° inside the shower for a snug fit.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° active. Pre-set models use 85° for a tighter 5° inward closure. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations. Specify the required angle (up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
