The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E380BN) upgrades the popular Vienna hinge into a precision, adjustable shower hinge. Adjust final closing angle up to 90° after the door is hung — simply loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired position and retighten. The self-centering mechanism returns the door to the set closed position when within 15°. The hinge permits 90° swing inward and 90° outward at the factory position; adjusting the angle reduces swing in the adjusted direction. For outward-swing doors using a clear jamb, pre-set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug jamb seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models arrive with the 85° side to provide a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when the standard 5° option does not achieve the required closing position.

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
