The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series is an adjustable Vienna hinge engineered for glass shower doors. After the door is hung, loosen the Allen set screws and rotate the door to the desired closed position—up to 90 degrees—then retighten. The hinge self-centers when within 15° of closed. Doors can swing 90° inward and 90° outward from the factory-set position. For outward-swinging doors with a clear jamb, set the hinge to close 5° into the shower to achieve a snug jamb seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin. One side is marked 90° (factory active); the opposite side is 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active angle. CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pins are available for off-angle installations—specify up to 45° if needed.

Load Ratings:

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
