Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This glass door rail for 5/8" tempered glass secures the glass by applying downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a stainless steel flat bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail to create a high clamping force—more than 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail—delivering proven security and stability for frameless glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides the fastest installation of any door rail in the industry—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

Adjustable Door Alignment System: Standard on top and bottom rails. Allows ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Access adjustments by removing the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust position. Low-profile slide accommodates pivots set other than the American Standard 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
