CRL Geneva 180 Series All-White Glass-to-Glass 180° Shower Hinge

The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN180AW) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are available in six styles — three wall-mount and three glass-to-glass configurations — for flexible shower enclosure design. Made from solid brass with stainless-steel pins and springs, Geneva Hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; offset models are preset to 85° for a tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to change the active side.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be specified up to 45° for non-standard closing angles. Using a custom pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics; contact our Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.

Weight capacity:

• Two hinges: holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges: holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
