Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TPB38S) features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System. This patented door rail for tempered glass applies downward wedge pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, creating exceptional clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). The same wedge action is used across the full-length 35-3/4" (908 mm) rails for secure, durable glass retention in commercial glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System delivers fast installation and reliable performance. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After setting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The integrated Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you fine-tune the door 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide, and the outer bolts adjust it 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
