The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN580SB) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six style options—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—provide design flexibility for frameless shower enclosures and custom glass doors. Geneva hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs for durable shower hardware.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard Geneva Hinges ship with the 90° side activated. Offset/pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) are available up to 45° for off-angle installations. If the standard 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position, specify the required angle and contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Using a custom pivot pin may affect glass sizing and enclosure aesthetics.

Two hinges installed on 8–12 mm glass support up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Three hinges support up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
