CRL Adjustable Vienna Series — a precision adjustable shower door hinge engineered for frameless glass shower doors. Adjust the closing angle up to 90° after the door is hung: loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired position, then tighten to self-center. The hinge supports 90° inward and 90° outward swing (adjusting from factory position reduces swing in that direction). For outward-swing installations using a clear door jamb, set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug jamb seal.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models are set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. The pin can be rotated to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations—specify the needed angle (up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
