The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E337BCH) upgrades the popular Vienna Hinge into a precision, field-adjustable shower hinge for frameless glass doors. After the door is hung, loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position, then retighten—your door will self-center to the chosen angle. The hinge permits 90° swing in and 90° swing out at the factory set position; adjusting the factory angle reduces swing in that direction. For outward-swing doors using a clear jamb, set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug seal.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate setting.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard pin does not achieve the desired closure.

Performance:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
