The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series advances the popular Vienna hinge as an easy-to-adjust, heavy-duty shower door hinge. Adjust the door angle (up to 90°) after hanging by loosening the Allen set screws, rotating the door to the desired closed position, then tightening—the hinge self-centers when within 15° of closed. The door can swing 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from the factory set position reduces swing in that direction). For outward-swing doors using a clear door jamb, set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower so the door seats snugly against the jamb. STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. If the standard 5° preset does not achieve the desired closure, specify a custom angle up to 45°.

Load Capacity:

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
