The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E3370RB) upgrades the popular Vienna hinge into a precision adjustable shower door hinge for tempered glass doors. Adjust angle up to 90° after the door is hung — simply loosen the Allen set screws, set the door, then tighten to self-center the door at the chosen position. The hinge supports 90° swing in both directions from the factory set position; adjusting away from factory position reduces swing in that direction. For outward-swing installations with a clear door jamb, set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug jamb seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models use 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls — specify the required angle up to 45° when the standard 5° pin does not achieve the desired closure.

Load & Glass Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
